Ingredienti:
200 gr di macinato di tacchino
1 uovo
200 gr. di finocchi
mezzo bichciere di latte
50 gr. circa di pane
2 cucchiai di parmigiano
Ammorbidire il pane nel latte. Poi unire in una terrina il pane, il tritato di tacchino, l’uovo e il formaggio. Sbollentare i finocchi unirli al composto. A questo punto salare e mescolare il tutto.
Con il composto fare un polpettone, metteterlo in una teglia antiaderente e informarte a 180°C per circa 15 minuti.
